CALIFORNIA MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULES (CMAS)

The State of California, through the Department of General Services (DGS), makes contracts with vendors that allows State agencies to make certain purchases from contract-approved vendors without going through all of the normal purchasing/bidding processes, saving valuable resources and money. The DGS CMAS Unit utilizes Federal General Services Administration (GSA) schedule or other non-GSA multiple award contract products, services and prices to establish an independent CMAS contract.

Angus-Hamer Networking, Incorporated offers services through the State of California Multiple Awards Schedule (CMAS) that provide advice and technical assistance to clients involved in developing and implementing a Request for Proposal that will address the current and future cabling infrastructure and application development needs. Our approach includes but is not limited to the following:

Customer Needs Assessment and Pre-Planning
Pre-design drawings reviewed with customer
Final scope of work documents and bid drawings issued
Submit to DSA for approval if applicable
Conduct pre-bid construction meetings
Coordinate Bid openings and post bid meetings as necessary

Consultant Skill Category Descriptions

Program Manager: Senior level executive with extensive experience in delivery of state-of-the-art technology solutions. Provides overall managerial direction for multiple projects. Formulates and reviews project feasibility studies, determines and ensures conformance to quality standards.

Project Manager: Senior level manager with extensive experience in managing projects for high quality, state-of-the-art technology solutions. Supervises development, implementation and documentation of a wide range of systems. Ensures deadlines and milestones are met.

Network Analysts II: Senior level engineer with extensive experience in providing oversight in design, integration and implementation of networking systems. This engineer has excellent knowledge of overall networking technologies (hardware, software, operating systems, and LAN products). Their expertise includes WAN, LAN-to-LAN, and LAN to host connectivity.
